Terms of Service

  • These commissions are for personal use only, you may not profit from my art

  • I do not permit the use of my art for NFT, Ai, or any other generative practices as well as undiscussed commercial use

  • I can turn down any commission I don't feel comfortable with

  • I may turn down fan art for media I’m unfamiliar with, feel free to ask if you’re unsure

  • crediting me when posting the commission is appreciated but not required

  • though credit is not required my work may not be attributed to anyone but myself and the removal of my signature on the commission is not permitted

  • References are a requirement! This is most important for Characters, clothing, and props. I do not accept written description for complex visual elements. These commissions are meant to be more illustrative than design based so any specific design elements need clear reference whether it be photos, drawings, or images from character creation type games. Pose references are only required if you have a very specific pose in mind.

  • simple graphic backgrounds like the ones shown in my examples are free of charge (please be clear if you’d like your background to appear a certain way)

  • Payment is upfront

  • Refunds are only initiated by myself if I’m no longer able to complete the commission

  • I give myself a turnaround period of 1-2 months for commission completion from the sketch approval date and handle all commission related communication solely on weekdays. Depending on workload and complexity comms are usually finished faster than that.

  • I retain the rights to my art and may post the commission or use it as an example of my work. I don’t tag the commissioner in the event that I do post commission artwork. Please specify if you don’t want your commission posted on its own as a post on my socials before I begin working on your commission

  • I cross post commissions on all my socials excluding my Twitter but the commissioner is welcome to post their complete commission on that platform if they’d like. The exclusion of my Twitter is mostly due to the discomfort many feel about their artwork or likeness being shared on the site. Commissions that solely feature characters from existing media (do not feature original characters or real people) might be posted on Twitter as well.

‼️DISCLAIMER‼️

For One Piece related Commissions

If you commission me for One Piece related art, more specifically for the Strawhats, please note that I will not be changing the way I represent these characters unless you are commissioning me to draw your own interpretations of their designs. If you are looking for an artist to draw One Piece characters in a canon accurate way I am not the best artist to choose for that.

3vergrewe's Process

This segment is not required to read or a part of the TOS. It’s just here if you’re curious! When you first start your order through Kofi you will be prompted to describe what type of commission you’re interested in and what the subject isthis is the time for references!
Please have references of the characters and their outfits ready, this is required. sims, picrews, and any other character creation type games can be used as a reference as long as it’s accurate to how you want the character to be portrayed. References for posing, and any other additional elements are only needed if you have a specific vision in mind, note that without a pose reference or direction with poses I will be taking creative liberty
The same guide lines apply for the background. Without clear direction I will take creative liberties and in most cases the background will just be a simple flat colorThis is also the time to specify if you don’t want me posting your commission on my social medias. It’s easier to keep organized the sooner you notify me.

Next is the sketch phase!Depending on my workload you will receive the sketch up to a couple weeks after I start working on your commission. The time between payment and beginning your commission is dependent on my current workloadThis is an extremely rough representation of your commission. I try to capture the overall pose, facial features, and colorsThis is the moment where large changes can be made if something is off with the way I’ve drawn the characters please tell me!I will take any feedback and edit the sketch as needed. Depending on how complex the feedback is a new sketch will be sent anywhere from within one week or another twoPlease be as detailed as possible about what changes you may want. Do not wait for me to make changes before adding something else you didn’t like about the original sketch. The goal is to get to an agreed upon concept as soon as possible so that I can get an accurate representation of your vision completed as quickly as I’m able

This is the gray phase!I call it this because this is the phase where I get to the meat of the commission. I don’t usually like to give visual updates during this phase because my process can be quite messy and out of order but if you ask me I will be glad to give process photos
please be mindful about how often you ask for updates
Depending on the complexity of the commission I will usually give a timeframe of a month to two months after sketch approval before the final commission will be complete. I also stick to handling commission related messages on weekdays. Please keep that in mind when trying to contact me (I’m not trying to ignore you if you message me on the weekend)

Commission completion!Once I complete your commission I will send it to you through the method of contact that you provide me with in Kofi for final approvalThis final approval is so for you to point out any minor changes that may be needed like mistakes or simple additions. After the sketch phase I will not be making large changes such as changes to the color pallet, posing, outfits, etcetera. Please take the time to carefully look over your commission so I can fix anything before finalizing the end of your commission. there is no rush! I just ask that you either approve or notify me of changes that are needed within two days of me sending the final result. If the commission is to your liking that will mark the end of the commission process. If you’d like me to email the final product png to you please let me know immediately after approving the final commission.Once all commission receiving needs are met the commission process is over. No further changes will be made.If I don't hear anything back in a timely manner after sending the final commission and don’t have an alternative contact for you to double check I will assume the final result is to your liking and that will mark the end of the commission.
